Two hours of class, I can't say I'm hungry, I had breakfast just before class. But it got my "food fantasy" going. Great teacher that provides your head with visions of food. Autumn food! A stew with apples, my grandmothers moos steak (Annas tjälknöl) with lingongberries, the coca-cola and whiskey saus that Jens makes... I miss swedish autumn! I want to have a big yard on the countryside, want to have a lot of apple trees and I want to organize big BBQs and ride out in the forrest and have a lot of things going on. Patience is not my thing, that's for sure.
On the menu for the weekend; study and take at least one long walk in the sun, attend the opening of the school bar and hopefully go on a chocolate factory trip with a tour in a medieval town. Besides from that I might have to drink some champagne. Not because I want to, just to practice before the champagne class on thursday. I might want to as well... But just a little bit.
